The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. No waiting lobby, no front desk, no amenities. Guests are expected to wait outside with their luggage while waiting which is bot safe. And it was very hot, but still we were expected to wait outside. The bathroom and shower are so tiny, couldn’t get inside the shower, let alone the bathroom with my husband. Tiny bathroom basins used that one cannot wash hands or brush teeth without spitting water. Wi-fi was okay, no issues there.
