The location and view are incredible. There are so many things wrong with this apartment. From black mold in the shower and underneath the kitchen sink, water damage on the walls. The bath and basins drain slowly. The plugs on the lamps are broken and tv not tuned. The towels are torn and stained. I would recommend that the owners get a maintenance crew in there to repair everything. People don’t want to pay good money to slip off a loose toilet seat.
