Can Llobet is a traditional Catalan rural house located in the center of the town of Capmany, in the Alt Empordà region, a few kilometers from the Costa Brava.
Carefully restored in 2005, preserving all its charm and character of the old manor house, offering all the comforts of today.
The house has 4 independent apartments (1st and 2nd floor) and on the ground floor, there are areas for shared use between the 4 apartments of the house.
The CANIGÓ apartment (1st floor) has a kitchen (fully equipped), 1 double bedroom, 2 double bedrooms (2 beds), two bathrooms and a living room with TV, DTT, SATELLITE. Approximately 110 m2. Free WIFI connection throughout the house. Access to community areas.
The common areas (ground floor) have an outdoor saltwater pool, a large garden with barbecue and a recreational area for children as well as a covered saltwater jacuzzi.
The CANIGÓ apartment of Can Llobet is both the ideal accommodation to spend a few days of rest and disconnection, whether with family or friends, and the perfect starting point to discover the privileged territory of Empordà!
