Sala con cucinotto e camera con bagno. Il problema più grosso è che la camera da direttamente sulla strada e li sotto passa di tutto. Il clima, che non abbiamo usato, è nella sala, che è in posizione interna relativamente fresca, mentre la camera che, causa rumore serale notturno, sarebbe utile poter tenere chiusa, non ce l'ha... risultato, visto che è esposta a ponente e un po' si scalda, per rinfrescare bisogna tenere aperto. Totale io ho dormito in camera con finestre aperte (dormo anche con cannoneggiamenti in atto) la mia compagna ha dormito sul divano-letto in sala. Per il resto sarebbe funzionale. p.s. 60 euro per le pulizie... allora un bilocale lo voglio vedere veramente pulito, non più o meno.

Location ottimale ma condizioni davvero scarse

La posizione è ottimale, in un posto centrale con una vista stupenda! Ho soggiornato con una amica, l’alloggio va benissimo se si hanno poche pretese. Al nostro arrivo mancavano lenzuoli (da pagare a parte) carta igienica e sapone. Ci sono spese aggiuntive se si lascia sporco o se non si butta la spazzatura (oltre ad aver comunque pagato i 60€ di costi di pulizia) . Nel complesso ci siamo trovate bene ma le condizioni della struttura non sono molto brillanti.
