Surrounded by greenery, Villetta Lampone is a detached villa perfect for relaxing holidays with your loved ones. The fully fenced property features a private entrance, a spacious porch ideal for outdoor meals or evening drinks with friends, and a large shaded garden of 700 m². The house is modernly furnished and equipped with all the comforts you need: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher.



The property includes a bedroom with a double bed (with space for suitcases underneath) and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob. Outside, you'll find a hot/cold shower—perfect after a day at the beach—as well as sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing. Within a 3-minute walk, you can reach two restaurants and a supermarket, while other restaurants and cafés are about 10 minutes away. In 10-15 minutes on foot, along country paths and olive trees, you’ll arrive at the golden Lacona beach.

Vrijstaand huis met afgesloten tuin, handig ivm hond.

Pros: Het huis ligt op 10 minuten van het strand waar een aantal eettentjes staan. Het is geen Bloemendaal, maar dat maakt het juist zo charmant. Cons: We hebben geen op of aanmerkingen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage

Pros: Das Haus ist wirklich bezaubernd, die Terrasse ein Traum, wir hielten uns überwiegend auf der Terrasse auf. Das komplett umzäunte große Gelände war perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Lage perfekt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind so nett, man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Cons: Nichts

Soggiorno fantastico

Pros: La casa ha una posizione strategica, non serve l'auto per andare al mare, sono veramente 10 minuti a piedi di sentiero ombreggiato e senza pericoli. La terrazza è molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata l'abbiamo vissuta intensamente perché sempre arieggiata. Annarita e Roberto sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per godere di una vacanza veramente speciale. In sintesi...bella, bella, bella da tornare sicuramente il prossimo anno. Provate ve ne innamorerete. Cons: Nulla
