The property was grossly misrepresented. It was advertised as 7 bedrooms sleeping 16, but upon arrival with our party of 14, we found only 5 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 10 people. During our stay, the listing was changed, yet it remains inaccurate.I contacted the host immediately and spent hours trying to resolve this issue. After ongoing communication starting at 3 PM, the only solution provided—at 10 PM—was two rollaway beds. This was completely inadequate and resulted in guests sleeping in common areas, including one on a small sofa. This is unacceptable given what was booked and paid for.This situation cost me multiple days of my vacation dealing with a problem that should never have occurred. In addition, I had confirmed two weeks prior that pool chairs were available. Upon arrival, there were none, and they were not delivered until 3–4 days into our stay.I would not have booked this property if it had been accurately represented. The home could not accommodate our group, and the host failed to provide a reasonable or timely solution. The minimal refund offered is wholly inadequate and does not even cover the cleaning costs, let alone the significant disruption and loss of use we experienced. Despite being a local management company, they never came to the property to address the issue in person.
