This unit has everything you need to make your tropical vacation a peaceful and relaxing one! With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to eight guests comfortably.

HOME FEATURES



Captiva Bayside Villa 5310 features an open floor plan with brand new couches in the main living area, that allows you to enjoy views of the beautiful Bay. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with tub/shower combo, while the guest bedrooms are located upstairs featuring a king in the first room with ensuite bathroom and two doubles in the second room, each with a tub/shower combo as well. If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island! 



*While 5310 is located near the gates of a private Resort, the unit is part of a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee! While you won't get resort amenity access, including but not limited to: The landings waterpark, resort restaurants, golf course, beach chair cabanas, etc. However, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!



ABOUT CAPTIVA ISLAND AND THE AREA



Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel by a small bridge, is 5 miles long; and Pine Island is 17 miles in length. Originally Captiva was part of Sanibel Island but when it was severed in 1926 by a hurricane's storm surge, Blind Pass was created separating the two islands. Bayside Villa 5310 is located in the South Seas Resort, which offers guests 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches with stunning sunsets nightly. The resort offers a blend of hotel rooms, timeshares, and single ownership condominiums, beach villas, marina villas, tennis villas, and private beach homes.

Everything was great with the condo. It is well taken care of. We saw manatees from our back porch and bedrooms so that was awesome! The only feedback I have is, they we’re building a water park at the resort and there was no foot path from the main building to the condos so you had to walk around the construction. It would be good to make a walkway from the entrance to the condo so you don’t have to walk on the street- better for safety.

Bayside Condo

The listing said recently updated and it was not. The condo had great space, great location, but the pool was not cleaned, the dryer would not dry the clothes then once “fixed” kept setting off the fire alarm, the carpet has not been cleaned, the microwave panel was not attached completely, the wristbands are a must for the property and it was not clear at booking what we were missing out on, the showers are hard to get on and drains poorly.

Great location. The marina is perfect for bird watching. Even saw a manatee and dolphin in the marina. Property could use updated dresser in upstairs master. It was musty. The property manager responded immediately when we had a problem.
