Elegant 4-Bedroom Beachfront Estate with Private Pool & Spa

Surfcomber is directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach. The house is located along Captiva Drive, in the desirable and sparsely populated “Gold Coast” section of Captiva Island. This is a great location with lots of privacy and a gorgeous stretch of white-sand beach. The grounds on the east side of the house are an elegant and lovingly-tended garden with cute pathways among flowers, tropical plants, and trees.

Surfcomber has a large private heated pool with an in-ground spa tub. The house is spacious and capitalizes on its beachfront location: kitchen, dining room, living room, primary bedroom, and screened porch all overlook the beach. Enjoy the 50-inch television in the living room with its fireplace and cathedral ceiling (sorry, fireplaces are not available to guests). The four-bedroom suites each have a full bath, and the primary suite (with a private elevator) has a screened veranda overlooking the beach. The entire house is designer-decorated.

My wife and I spent a week at Surfcomber with her parents and enjoyed a 100% experience. House is large and beautiful, set well back from the road on a huge lot. Pool area is nicer than most resorts I've seen. It's a short walk to the beach for the great sunsets. Of all the vacation home rentals we've enjoyed, Surfcomber has, by far, the best equipped kitchen. Tons of space, beautiful landscaping, I could go on and on, but you should just see for yourself You won't be disappointed.

A very merry Christmas in Captiva

Wonderful property on the beach on the Southern end of Captiva. House was immaculate and well-maintained with an abundance of pool and beach toys/floats, as well as 4 bicycles. Two bedrooms on the upper floor, two on the main living floor. Each with its own ensuite bath. Kitchen was lovely with lots of tools and pots/pans. As of the time of this review, there was a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, together with a coffee grinder for the drip maker. The best equipped rental we've ever experienced. Living level has a very large, screened porch with a table with 8 chairs, several lounge chairs and separate sitting chairs. The entire house is well maintained, including the gas grill by the pool. Immediate beach access with a shower to wash off sand just outside the pool area. The front and pool area are very nicely landscaped with a variety of trees and shrubs, including coconut palms. An excellent rental, which our entire family enjoyed! Merry Christmas!

A wonderful relaxing oasis. Heated pool. Hot tub. Beachside with View. Great House. Beautiful Kitchen. Wish the TV had had a good Speaker system for movies at night was my only recommendation

Awesome Beach House!!!

This beach house was perfect for our family. The large bedrooms & on suites gave everyone their privacy. The common areas, & the porch were relaxing and well laid out. The porch was awesome for watching the sunsets. Grandkids loved the pool & the beach. It was an awesome beach house on an awesome island. We will be back.
