Full kitchen with water filter (cold and natural), microwave, electric oven, blender, mixer, refrigerator with frezzer with independent barbecue and everything integrated as a "loft". .
Quiet neighborhood with bakery, market, pharmacy and trade well served to the surroundings.
Massaguaçu beach with bike path and running track with great structure, kiosks on the beach with playground for children.
