Tranquil, well-furnished and loved home with easy access to hiking and biking. A peaceful retreat just a block from happening downtown, off leash dog park, and town pool. Well appointed for staying in, cooking and hanging out. Stay connected with dedicated high speed wifi with workspaces or unplug and lounge in the spacious living room with tons of light and full of puzzles and entertainment. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen, gas stove, and outdoor BBQ. Several windows add light to each bedroom upstairs. The yard has a small waterway and the large poplar tree creates incredible shade. Peek through its branches to see the amazing Mt. Sopris just south of us.
