Unfortunately, this Quality Inn is a stain on the brand name. My room had two beds and both had visibly stained covers. One looked like it had footprint stains like a child had walked in jelly. The walls were visibly marked up. The heat was set to 68 or 69 and could not be turned up by the thermostat in the room and the blower pushed the curtains open whenever it was running. The building interior looks neglected. Also, when I arrived it was late and I noticed the front desk attendant writing in a folder so I waited patiently at the front desk for them to finish. Despite clearly being visible, they didn't bother to even acknowledge me until finally after about 5 minutes I decided I had been polite enough and asked if I could check in.
