Wow.. what a perfect location and this unit is even better than the photos show.. so clean and everything is new.. it has absolutely everything you need for the perfect stay and the communication and host responsiveness was amazing.. can't wait to stay here again !!

All the comforts of home

This is one of my new favorite places! It was so much more than we expected. Clean new feeling. We brought all of our own food and the kitchen met all of our needs for cooking and baking. Also the family bottle of wine was a nice touch. We are already planning to stay here next year.

Perfect Location and Place

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was so clean and comfy! They even have a water softner for their water, so your skin feels amazing! Great communication with hosts. A very peaceful and quiet home! I was in town for a youth soccer tournament and able to get to bed early and up early without any disturbance's. Would stay here again when I am in town, it was perfect!

Amazing!

My fiance and I booked this place for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. When we first entered, we were shocked how well designed it was. Everything was brand new down to the dishes. The water pressure was the best ive ever had in a vacation rental and the bed was so good, that my fiance is making me buy the same mattress. We reached out to Antonio (the host) for an iron and within 5 mins he brought one down. He was very kind and helpful. Antonio also gave us a bottle of his homemade wine that was made in his family's vinyard. The location was quite and very close to the center of Encinitas. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be a repeat customer anytime I'm in Encinitas.
