i love this hotel and always stay here when i visit south wales. it’s a no-frills hotel. just really friendly helpful staff, great rooms, good parking and a great location. i very much recommend the place.

I was welcomed by a very friendly Angela in reception who provided me with information about my room and stay. I was provided with my Breakfast Box for the following day. My room was clean, spacious and provided me with all my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was warm. The reception staff were helpful and directed me to local services when required. I liked that there was free WI-fi in my room, unlike a rival another budget hotel chain which I had previously used.

No breakfast menu. Room was ok. Basic but we only needed to stop 1 night. Not enough toiletries (body wash and hand soap) in the bathroom. There was only me and my son and luckily only I needed a shower as they ran out.
