i love this hotel and always stay here when i visit south wales. it’s a no-frills hotel. just really friendly helpful staff, great rooms, good parking and a great location. i very much recommend the place.

I was welcomed by a very friendly Angela in reception who provided me with information about my room and stay. I was provided with my Breakfast Box for the following day. My room was clean, spacious and provided me with all my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was warm. The reception staff were helpful and directed me to local services when required. I liked that there was free WI-fi in my room, unlike a rival another budget hotel chain which I had previously used.

Just too noisy, could here the people above talking and moving around well into the early hours, no rest at all so sadly no point staying here as too noisy, reception staff were lovely
