The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and very good quality. The bar in the evening was very relaxing with live music playing. Had a good atmosphere.

Room was okay but the carpet was worn in places. It was raining quite a bit during our stay and unfortunately the guttering above our room was blocked and it meant that the water was creating a waterfall outside our window which was very noisy. Parking is very expensive at £20 per day.

Very long check in line at 5pm - check in online before if you can. Room was fine for the price Book the spa with reception, went down and there was no booking. No robes in room so had to wait 45 mins to get those to go back. Parking £20

Hotel was ideal for what we wantet but was disappointed that a hotel of this class didnt have any wirking lifts. The lifts were out of use and i have walking difficulties so that was not very acceptable.

Check in was long winded escalaters and elavators out of order and machines not working to complete check in. Spa was lovely got to the room no info or qr code to order food and phone unplugged. Had to walk back to main reception to order food, food was not very nice, the bath was nice but was so noisy throughout the night. And a £12 parking charge and breakfast was even more a disssapointment 😞
