Outfitted with a Keurig and counter seating for six, it flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six, making meals and conversation effortless.



When it’s time to focus or recharge, the home office offers a quiet escape with an office desk, smart TV, and its own indoor fireplace, while the home gym lets you keep up with your fitness routine without leaving the house. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, shared with bedroom #3.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom #2.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, fireplace, sitting area, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom, located inside the home gym, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles available. 1 car can park inside the gate, and 2 cars can park outside gate on driveway facing garage door. No parking inside the garage.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front door area.

o (2) located at the second floor deck and actively monitoring the back sliding door,

o (3) located at the second floor deck and actively monitoring the gate going downstairs to the hallway.

• Please be aware that there is a separate accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the left-hand side of the main house set in the back left with a separate entrance and driveway. You may find a car parked on the left-side driveway upon your arrival.
