Full kitchen, large living room, second full bathroom, large patio deck overlooking ocean. Living room has a sleeper sofa. A one car parking garage is included with the upstairs unit.

Downstairs: master bedroom with a king bed and full bath, 180 degree ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. Full kitchen, large living room, large patio deck overlooking ocean.
Jacuzzi is on the sw corner of this deck. Living room has a sleeper sofa.

To reserve time, pay 50% rent. 60 days prior to rental date, pay remaining rent, tax, cleaning and security deposit. Refund policy: rent is refunded if time reserved is re-rented.
