Great to stay at while you’re visiting Legoland. They provide a free shuttle so no need to pay the $35 parking fee. Short six minute drive to a beautiful beach area where my kids loved floating in the tides. Delicious bagel shop across the street. Literally right next to a food court and shopping mall area. Check in was quick and coffee is provided in the lobby as well as your room. The view from the balconies into the pool area was very nice but looking out from the door that you enter is a hard filled with industrial trash bins and waste. Especially from the second floor. Which is where they book you when you book from Expedia. The rooms were clean, the employees were wonderful but beds were extra firm, which were a little hard to get comfortable on. However, the pool and hot tub outside were wonderful to relax in. Just don’t look at the grass at night. It crawls with insects. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a resort but charged for one!

The room was very cold the entire time even when I turned the temperature up it was freezing the entire time. Very uncomfortable temperature to be in while sleeping I really didn’t sleep the first night because I could not get comfortable. I slept great the 2nd night only due to exhaustion from the heat! They used to offer a voucher for a meal now they offer nothing and the coffee is horrible!! There is much better places for much less in the area I do not recommended this place at all

Way too noisy!!

I was disappointed that after I added a night to my reservation thru hotels.com app my rate increased significantly per night. I never got a notice there was a price rate change. Also it was a nice hotel but we were on the 5 Freeway side that was the noisiest n had to Keep the ac going constantly n slider closed to keep the noise level manageable to sleep

We will definitely come back, it's an amazing hotel when you go to Legoland and it was even a better surprise to find out there's an outlet right in front of it! Everything was clean and really nice, staff were friendly, the shuttle to Legoland was on time and so fast! I loved how we can stroll everywhere with my kids! So glad I chose this hotel!

The grounds are lovely and the room was clean & spacious, though had a very off-putting odor. Weird musty smell.. had to go to Target for some Febreeze spray and room fresheners. Tried 3 different ice machines on the property before getting any ice. Check-in was very long. A line of at least 6 guests waiting while 1 employee checked everyone in until an additional desk clerk came to assist.

We had a nice time!!! Our phone wouldn’t work. Our key would not open one of the pool doors. Everyone was really nice these little inconveniences weren’t a big deal to us. We told the front desk and they were looking into fixing it. Such a cute spot and close to the outlets and walking distance to lost of food options.

I booked a room that has balcony towards the pool but instead got a room towards a wall. I didnt complain cause it was one night stay and didnt have a chance but it was disappointing cause i was excited to have my morning coffe in the balcony, The cilling in air conditioner was leaking half an hr after i arrived , informed the staff and left the room . When i came back was still leaking on and off till morning. Well things happened but i mostly disappointed cause of the balcony faced on ugly wall and pipes instead of garden and the pool i booked.
