Nice Hotel

Initially there was a mix up with our room. Booked a King room but was given a 2 Queen room. Front desk was accommodating by assigning our room to be close to wedding venue for the wedding we were attending. The only negative was a foul smell outside our door. Room was clean. Service was efficient. Pool was heated.

The property was nicely located. The staff was great. We experienced a terrible issue during our stay due to another person intoxicated staying in the room next to us. The front desk employee was very apologetic but our stay was ruined as we couldn’t sleep. Hopefully next time something better can be done but I understand that at the moment he did what he could even though it wasn’t the best for us.

Good hotel bad night

We yave been to this hotel couple of time they are renovating lots of rooms. We were located on the freewaay side. Lots of noice and bad neighbors. Good thing we were tired from Legoland we had people come in and out from the room next door fro 10 to almost 12.

I have been wanting to stay here for over a year now when we cross the border and go up to Carlsbad for Legoland visits. However we usually stay at Best Western or Holiday Inn because it’s a little cheaper and they offer breakfast. This time we found a great deal the day of and because my daughter had been asking to swim I jumped on the deal. We picked up some Dunkin Donuts on the way up and there was a Starbucks right across the street so breakfast was no big deal. It’s a pretty little campus! Staff was kind and helpful. Free coffee was a plus a d there are so many food options in the area. The flower fields are also right across the street!!!! I also appreciated that there was no freeway driving! I do these trips alone with my daughter and I felt very safe. If i can get this deal again, we will be back!
