This is an older hotel that has been kept up very well. The closeness to Carlsbad Caverns made this a great place to stay. Breakfast was very minimal, but there was a nice cafe next door. Would stay again if in the area.

This is an older style hotel, but the grounds were clean and the rooms were larger. The water pressure was great and the kids loved the pool and water slide. It is a perfect place to stay when visiting Carlsbad Caverns, especially if going back in the evening for the bat flight. There is a restaurant nearby with great food. We enjoyed our stay.

Really only families staying out here. No oil field workers, nothing against the workers, it's just a different vibe. Very nostalgic, we felt like the Griswalds in the best way.
