Private pool, salt, fenced, heated by solar collectors, facing east, south-west. 21 m² terrace and 6000 m² unfenced and shaded grounds. About 300 m from the winegrower owners. At 700 m, the village of SAUZET where there is a bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, doctor and pharmacy, the post office, a restaurant, .........
