Its open plan style leads you through into the dining area, comfortably seating four, dressed in muted tones of cream and stone, the original hearth has been restored to its original beauty with a nod to times gone by, the perfect place to enjoy a lazy breakfast or leisurely brunch.

The kitchen is tucked away down two Oak stairs, it is light and bright with three windows allowing light to flood the space, it is equipped with everything even the most accomplished chef would need to create a meal for any occasion. The deep Belfast sink is in the centre of space, nestled between the stylish shaker style units, a dishwasher, Hob, Oven, integrated Microwave, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine provide all the amenities needed for your holiday. The Oak breakfast bar with seating for two is the perfect place to perch and chat or enjoy a morning coffee whilst baking pastries in the oven.

The kitchen leads out onto the private terrace with a lovely leafy outlook over rooftops across to St Mary’s Church and the fells beyond, a bistro table and four chairs, the perfect place for al-fresco dining, a sunny breakfast or a pe dinner G&T.
