Close to beach! 2 minute walk until your feet are in the sand. Beautiful marsh view with incredible sunsets. North end of Carolina Beach beside Freeman Park. Close to boardwalk only 1.7 miles away! Pier dining and drinks across the street. Contactless entrance. Pool seasonal . Grill area and picnic tables. Linens are provided. Pack your bags Comfy living room with couch loveseat and chair. Enjoy the heated electric fireplace in winter or unheated in summer. Books, cards movies available. Work station with desk and comfy chair. Dining area which can double as a second work area if needed. Full kitchen and cooking dishes and utensils. Queen size bed with ultra soft 1800 count microfiber sheets. Bathroom with tub and amenities. Spacious front porch and back porch with Laundry closet Whole condo with 2 porches and Laundry closet available to guest. Pool for condo members and guest code to pool in unit. Pool opens around the end of May through September. Very fine Rental

My wife and I desired a place that was quite and close to attractions/ restaurants It's an older unit but very well maintained Will definitely rent again when going to Carolina Beach
