I was very disappointed with the size and space of the family suite. The website is misleading, all my children is over 100 lbs and there were a sign on bunk bed that had a weight limit of 100 pounds. The small room was not worth the money paid for room. A lot of construction noise was going on so we did not get to rest good

Great staff very friendly and professional, made us feel so welcoming. Place is so clean, always good smelling. Great location. Beach is beautiful. The view from our bedroom wasn't the best, there were construction trucks and noisy and outside shower to wash the sand wasn't working.

We have stayed here in the past and like the location. We were not aware of ongoing renovations being made to the property, there was some noise and inconvenience. For example, there were issues with hot water being unavailable several times. In addition, we did not have a working coffee pot in our room and another one could not be supplied or substituted and there is only limited coffee provided at reception during the morning. We miss the prior owners and homier atmosphere. We recognize this place is changing and undergoing renovations but more attention to guests is key.

This property was wonderful. There is direct access to the beach, the property was clean and aesthetic, and the staff was outstanding! The customer service really took an already good experience to another level! I will definitely be coming back and staying at this property in the future!
