This memorable house is the perfect home for your trip to Carolina Beach. "Let's Get Together", having three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind. "Let's Get Together" is strategically positioned across the street from Carolina Beach, providing easy beach access, approximately 20 feet in front of our home, for a sun-soaked day at the beach.
For the occasional day that rains, or just need time away, the bottom floor features a game room with pool table, a foosball table, and a dart board promising hours of indoor entertainment. We even have a sofa for relaxation and a smart tv. Can you imagine how much fun you can have in this game room!! Conveniently located in this downstairs space is the laundry room complete with washer, dryer and folding table. This game room is accessible through the front and back of the house. This room is not accessible through the inside of the home. This room has an outside entrance only.
Everyone wants to drive their own vehicle? Don't worry, we have plenty of parking for 7 vehicles!!! And, there is an electrical outlet for charging a golf cart if you choose to rent one during your time at the beach. (The garage is not available for guests usage.)
Enjoy morning cups of coffee on the extra large front porch, with partial ocean views, in one of the rocking chairs. Or an afternoon nap in the relaxing hammock. Step inside the home (no elevator) and an open floor concept will greet you.
The kitchen is fully supplied with all the bells and whistles. Just want to stay in one night, or two, and have a calm evening meal? No worries!!! This year we have purchased new kitchen items! We have plates, cups, glasses and juice glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cooking sheets, baking glassware, knives, cutting boards, wine glasses, serving bowls, a drip coffee pot and a Keurig. Everything you could want to cook a delicious meal. And, Publix Grocery on the island will deliver your groceries to your door! Or want to check out the grocery store, Food Lion is a short distant from our home. Or there are plenty of restaurants that will deliver cooked meals right to our front door.
Gather round the dining room, and bar seating, for family dinners and conversation. We also supply a high chair for the little one.
The living room has a queen size pull out sofa and recliner. Watch all of your favorite tv shows when you sign in on the large smart tv. We do not have cable, but Netflix and other apps are available for you to sign into your account. For those of us who can't just totally step away from their jobs and must work a little, there is an office desk and chair just off of the living room.
"Let's Get Together" beach home features 3 bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan and smart tv, and a primary bathroom with tub/shower combo, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and smart tv, and a third bedroom with a twin over full size bunk bed and another twin over twin bunk bed and a smart tv, along with a queen size pull out sofa bed. There is a hall bathroom with shower. Our bedrooms have new mattresses and bed linens, along with new bathroom linens. We do supply a pac-n-play the young ones.
Ready to step out back? The large deck has plenty of relaxing space to enjoy a sunset with a glass of wine or a cold refreshing cold soda while reading a book from our selection of books. Throw the steaks or hamburgers on the gas grill. We have a large outdoor dining table where the family can gather to eat dinner or play games with our variety of board games. Or watch the swimmers playing a game of "Marco Polo" in the new 24’x12’ rectangular 4.5 feet deep pool! Sorry, we don't have a lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Our yard is completely fenced in creating a relaxing oasis for family gatherings and outdoor fun without worrying over your children or fur babies getting into the street.
We try to think of our guests, and know by us taking family vacations, what it is like to pack before leaving and especially coming home with all dirty linens and supplies. We provide 10 large trash bags, small trash bags, 10 dryer sheets and 10 detergent pods, 10 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels, small bottle of dish soap, 1 sponge, 1 Brillo pad, 2 dish cloths, 2 dish towels, hot pads, 1 bar of soap in each bathroom, liquid hand soap at each sink, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, and a bath mat in each bathroom. We also provide 1 beach towel per person, 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and 2 make-up cloths per person. The beds will be made when you arrive with bed sheets, pillow cases, a bedspread and a blanket is provided in the closet.

We are located about a mile north of the Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can grab a bite to eat, watch the wonderful fireworks, listen to live music, play games, swing, and of course indulge with a few donuts from Brits Donuts! Visit the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher which Is about a 5 mile drive. And while there, stick around and watch a colorful sunset at the end of the Island, jump on the ferry and head over to Southport for a quick lunch, or visit the newly renovated NC Civil War Historic Site. Rent a boat for a day of fishing or take a horse drawn carriage In downtown Wilmington. There Is so much to do, no one never gets bored.
We all hate to pack and especially unpack after vacation. We try to help out with the supplies and linens, and beds being made. But there are some things we fell like Is personal such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, condiments/seasonings, suntan lotions/sunblock so make sure you add them to your luggage before leaving home. Or grab them at the store when you shop for groceries.
We do allow pets. Pet fee is $250.00 per dog per stay with a limit of 3 dogs less than 50 pounds each. Guests are responsible for pet cleanup. If guests do not clean up after their dog(s), there will be an additional $200.00 fine.
I'm sorry but our home is a non-smoking, non-tobacco dipping and non-vaping home. Any evidence of either will be an additional $500.00 fine and all guests will be required to leave immediately without any refund.
We want to make sure everyone has a great visit and this also includes our neighbors. No large gatherings are allowed. If large gatherings (more guests than have been listed) an additional $500.00 fine and all guests will be required to leave Immediately without any refund.
Due to insurance requirements and fire marshal regulations, the renter must provide a valid drivers license at time of rental. Renter also must sign rental agreement and list names/ages of anyone who will be at our home at any time. The reservation will not be complete until all Information has been received.
We do have a ring camera located in the back of the house for security purpose.
