The place and location are great. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves but just a few minutes walk and can be on Boardwalk. Also had a great view of the fireworks on Thursday. All the space we needed and parking for up to three cars!

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay in Carolina Beach. The place was spacious and had beautiful views. The area was quiet both during the day and at night. My only complaint was that there was not enough TP or trash bags provided. Other that that, the stay was perfect!

great location and very clean

Great location, easy to find, very clean. I would say that it needs better thoughts when renting during cooler weather. Could really have used more blankets, since there were only quilts and sheets on beds and no extra blankets anywhere. And laundry provided towels were worn looking.

President Day weekend

This was an amazing rental. Cleanliness and location. The whole place was awesome with a big deck and walk out to the beach. Only downside was the neighbors upstairs had dogs and you could hear them running around all day and most of the night. Sometimes you could hear than ran into something and mad a loud bang. Other than that it was very nice.

Awesome Beach House

We had a wonderful long weekend here. House was very clean and kitchen ws very well stocked with everything we needed. Walking right off the deck onto the beach was just perfect! My only suggestion to the owners for this house is having more than one towel and one washcloth per person. At least two per person would keep the renters from doing laundry every day while on vacation. Definitely rent this place if your looking for a great beach house!!!

The sheets and towels did not smell fresh,,, We re-washed them, which I didn't feel should have been on us. The pad lock on the storage unit should be changed out. Patio door screens don't slide well. It would be beneficial to have a small bar of soap and a small shampoo to start the 1st night off well.

Lucky beach find!

Our family enjoyed our first Carolina Beach trip staying in this great duplex! We loved sitting on the porch and seeing the full moon over the ocean. The walkway to the beach was a major asset where we took family pictures on the dunes. Priceless with the ocean in the background. The amenities were ample and especially the well stocked kitchen. The outside shower was used as well as the beach storage closet. The master bath was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to the Boardwalk. The Veggie Wagon being a block over helped was a bonus! Quiet and relaxing. We will be back. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

This was our second time as this property. We enjoyed it so much last year that we stayed longer this year and it was well worth it. The home is very clean and has everything that you need. Being able to walk out to the beach on the private walkway is a huge plus…the views are great from the back deck area and it was relatively quiet during our stay. There are plenty of places to go eat at, which we took full advantage of. We will definitely be back again.

Family Friendly Beachfront

Our stay was amazing. By the 3rd day in we were looking to extend our vacation. The house was clean, easy access to the beach, had a nice kitchen area and beds that were accommodating 6 people. Our kids (3 and 5) loved having a tv in their room to fall asleep to and most importantly we made great memories. Hope to return next summer if not sooner!

We had a great visit, beautiful view of ocean, beach access within a few yards, easy chk-in/chk-out, boardwalk and restaurants close by. FUN, Fun, highly recommend, would book again. Notes for Property Management: Linen Service reference on refrigerator vs Booking App is confusing, lock missing on outdoor shower, master bath paper holder is loose, seal at the bottom of the shower door has pulled away and makes the door hard to close.

Great location!

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Crossing! We walked on the beach to restaurants and bars. Also the Veggie Wagon is a one block walk and has so much great food! Great place - hope to come back next year.

Exceptional place

We had the best time at Sandpiper. What a great location and the condo had everything we needed and then some. We had a short walk to the boardwalk with all the restaurants and bars. The condo was very clean and the ocean views were outstanding.
