The indoor and outdoor tables can accommodate 8 guests; however, we have 10 beds, and we can rent the villa for 10 people if you have small children.

The villa is located on the private La Californie hill estate, within an enclosed garden with two villas in a very quiet area with no overlooking views.

A truly unique view, accentuated by the creation of a 120m² suspended terrace (a sea view as far as the eye can see, like a rooftop in the middle of nowhere!), offering an extraordinary, breathtaking panoramic view from the Bay of Toulon to the Île d'Or.

The villa was completely renovated in 2023 (including replacement of the woodwork, complete exterior and interior painting, replacement of the flooring, installation of a swimming pool, and creation of a suspended terrace). Completely renovated inside, the villa is air-conditioned and very bright – the villa of the sun!

Please note: the lap pool serves as a swimming pool in the summer and a jacuzzi in the winter; however, we do not have both a pool and a jacuzzi.

The 4.7 x 2.30 m lap pool is included in the price from June 15th to September 15th.
For other periods, it is possible to use it for a supplement of €50/day for the duration of your stay, with a minimum of one week. Contact us for short stays.

Close to the beaches of Carqueiranne, Péno Beach, Pradon Beach, and the beaches and small coves of the Giens Peninsula, a 10-minute drive away.
Less than ten minutes from Bergerie Beach and La Badine Beach by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the eastern Tombolo, and the shallow waters allow for easy and safe swimming opposite the Golden Islands. Ideal for swimming, the shallow waters extend 200 to 300 meters.

Activities available: Sailing, kitesurfing, diving, swimming, beachcombing, golf, tennis, treetop adventures in La Crau, visits to the Golden Islands (Port-Cros, Porquerolles, and Levant), boat trips to see dolphins and flamingos, the Calanques de Cassis, numerous coastal trails, the Verdon Gorges, karting, and Magic World 10 minutes away.
