Non male per soggiorno breve, manca manutenzione

Aree comuni interne ben arredate e ricche di quadri o oggetti che davano un tocco di particolarità. Camera essenziale. Arredamento un po' datato e armadio che puzzava di chiuso. La finestra del bagno si apriva solo con forza e si notava che veniva aperta poco poiché i meccanismi non erano assolutamente scorrevoli. Telaio esterno della finestra spellato e vernice che si distaccava, segno che non ha mai subito manutenzione. Pulizia limitata alle zone facili da raggiungere ma non negli angoli meno accessibili. Muffa sul soffitto. Poggiolo con vista mare (ad alcuni chilometri) dove però erano presenti rami di rose secchi e una parabola satellitare penzolante e in disuso. Le aree comuni esterne necessitano decisamente di manutenzione. Erba non tagliata, presenza nel giardinetto di una rete da letto con doghe in ferro o qualcosa del genere. Posto con molte potenzialità ma in generale si nota mancanza di manutenzione.

Cortesia e silenzio ma molto da migliorare

Rapporto prezzo / prestazioni deludente Positivo: - proprietaria gentile e disponibile - silenzio Negativo: - posizione non corrispondente alla descrizione (spiaggia più vicina a 5 Km, non certo in riva al mare e alla spiaggia come riportato nella descrizione) - odore di muffa persistente - abiti umidi se lasciati in camera - pulizia approssimativa (vetri sporchi, ragni, insetti) dentro le camere - durante il soggiorno pulizia della camera, rifacimento letti, cambio di lenzuola o asciugamani non inclusi nel prezzo - in camera mancano i comodini e il portashampo nel box doccia - colazione non inclusa nel prezzo (ma non è un B&B?) - ingresso difficile con auto per cancello entrata solo semi-aperto - vialetto d'ingresso ripido e con dossi (si raschia sotto se la macchina ha l'assetto basso -ho una Kia Rio- anche se si va pianissimo) - assenza totale di TV nelle camere e nelle aree comuni per scelta dei proprietari (sarebbe da sottolineare nella descrizione) - Wi-Fi lento e non sempre funzionante - Copertura dati rete mobile TIM quasi assente - Acqua calda problematica (una sera e una mattina è mancata completamente, la proprietaria si è comunque data da fare per risolvere) - aiuole piene di erbacce, rampicanti morti pieni di foglie secche - uscita dal box doppio in pietra problematica se presente un'altra auto e non si ha la telecamera posteriore
