The room was huge, which was great for 6 of us. I enjoyed how they decorated for Christmas, a tree on every floor by the elevator. We liked the warm cookies available for free in the afternoon and the fruit available for free in the morning. The pull-out couch isn't very comfortable, but that's not surprising. It costs $20 to park the car in the ramp, but you can only park on floor 4 or 5, which was weird.

NO signage on the front of the building, NONE! We weren't sure whether we were in the right place. The desk clerk said he hears that complaint often...so why not do something about it? SMH. The lamp in the room was unplugged, & I had to get on my hands & knees & crawl under the desk to plug it in. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging by a piece. Toilet paper was placed in the middle of the tank, hardly accessible. The showerhead was so high I had to stand on the edge of the tub to adjust the angle & stream. The room was spotless, fresh, and comfortable. Staff at the reception desk were very friendly & polite. The temperature in our room was set at 90 when we arrived, very hot!

We booked a city view room. At check in they said there were no city view rooms available. The city view room wss more expensive than s regular king room. They did give us king suit. It's the same value as a city view room.

The room was fine and the staff very nice. The parking situation is not good. There is a free parking garage with no security next to the hotel except all parking spaces on the first 3 floors say "No Hotel Guests". The 4th and 5th floors are for guests but the hotel itself doesn't handle parking. A third party company requires the guests to pay them, via QR coded smart phone and credit card, $20 per night. That company then kicks back a percent to the hotel. Its right up there with all the other added fees that make dining out, air travel, and hotel stays , less pleasant. If the garage offered security i can understand a fee but it doesnt. Also, the smoke detector in our room was taped over at some point by painters.
This is the smoke detector in our room. Because the room appeared to have been recently renovated i am assuming this was done by the painters. It is too high to be reached without a ladder.
