Caught lying

They called twice to confirm my reservation the day of, but when we got to the hotel they gave away one of our rooms. They said they only had one room left and it smelled like an ashtray with heavy air freshener. When we asked to be moved they said they didn’t have another room so I asked to be credited back for that room and magically a room like my reservation opened up.

The exterior of the second floor walkway smells like urine. Not a clean area. Would not recommend this motel.
