Staff friendly. Pools had odd hours. Rooms clean. Railings broken on stairs. Lots of peeling paint. Nice setting. Plenty of parking.

Hot springs and massage amazing! Be prepared for lots of stairs. If you did not get the upgrade. Also, we did not have a microwave in our room. Which made meal planning difficult as the diner is amazing. But has upscale pricing, it's definitely worth it, wonderful place.

However, at the end, front desk nearly charged for 2 water bottles that we never got. Luckily, by making sure we checked out, we avoided an inexplicable charge.
