Die Lage in Nähe der Vergnügungszone von Bocagrande ist gut und es gibt auch gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist großzügig. Die Sicht auf den See ist einmalig.
Die Küche ist recht minimalistisch ausgerüstet. Die Unterkunft und die Geräte hätten eine Renovation notwendig. Es gibt auch Ungeziefer.
