Hermoso apartamento con vista lateral al mar Caribe, perfecto para contemplar atardeceres inolvidables. Ubicado en un exclusivo condominio al norte de Cartagena, con excelentes zonas sociales (2 jacuzzis, turco, 3 piscinas, carril de nado y gimnasio), con salida directa a la playa, rodeado de naturaleza y senderos peatonales.
A 3 minutos del centro comercial Las Ramblas. A 20 minutos del aeropuerto y a 25 minutos del Centro Histórico.

El apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones; la principal con cama matrimonial (queen), walking closet y baño privado con ducha.

La segunda habitación (auxiliar) con una cama individual y una cama nido.

Un segundo baño con ducha.

Sala con amplio y cómodo sofá cama.

Cocina dotada de todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios, adicionalmente tiene una barra utilizada como comedor.

Cuenta con un balcón amplio con sala de estar y un comedor pequeño.

En el condominio encontrarás tres piscinas, una de ellas exclusivamente para niños. Adicionalmente dos jacuzzis y un canal de nado para los amantes del deporte. También cuenta con gimnasio, baño turco y un parque infantil.

El condo posee acceso directo a la playa, una de las mejores de Cartagena “playa Murallas” dotada de sombrillas, sillas y asoleadoras que se deben reservar con antelación, por un valor de $15.000 desde 1 a 5 horas.

La hora establecida de llegada es a las 3:00 pm y de salida a las 11 am. Tanto la entrada con antelación o la salida posterior a la hora establecida, tiene un costo adicional. Se deberá consultar con el anfitrión para verificar si hay disponibilidad.

Por reglamentación nacional y regla interna del edificio, es necesario enviar la información de los huéspedes (nombre, apellido, tipo y número de documento, así como la ciudad de procedencia) 48 horas antes de la entrada.

Para el caso de huéspedes extranjeros la normatividad nacional señala, que el anfitrión debe reportar su ingreso al condominio en el sistema SIRE de Migración Colombia.
