Amazing location

Loved the property and the location is very easy to get to and walking distance of the beach the neighborhood is really quite and has on onsite guard 24 hours a day. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows. Cartegena was so beautiful we spent most of our time outside the apartment but it was nice to come home to a quite night sleep. I would definitely rebook this apartment.

Should not be rented

I am extremely disappointed in VRBO for listing this property because of the condition of the property and that nowhere did it say that there was no HOT WATER in this property. When I contacted the property manager I was told that the listing did not say that it had hot water available. I must have rented 20 plus times with VRBO and never had to question if there was hot water. I am asking VRBO for a refund.The property manager Luis was available by phone or WhatsApp but I think he failed on listing his property accurately Andres was excellent.The property was absolutely misrepresented.The property was dirty, we needed to clean most areas.All the kitchen pots and pans were in terrible condition and some with broken handles. Some we did not even try to use because of how they looked.The beds only had a sheet and very uncomfortable in 2 of the bedrooms.The towels had seen better days.No beach towels as stated.The sofa was in very poor condition. The table and chair were okay.The patio was not reachable from all rooms as stated.There was no patio furniture.I would definitely rate this property as UNRENTABLEWE WOULD HAVE LEFT HAD WE NOT PREPAID THROUGH VRBO.PLEASE ADVISE TO WHOM I SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH AT VRBO FOR A REFUND SINCE I BELIEVE THAT VRBO FAILED ME ONTHIS RENTALTHANK YOUNINO
