The property had a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom shower seemed to be clogged as the water took forever to go down. Also it was loud late into the night when I was trying to sleep out in the lobby. The room was right next to the lobby as well so you could hear a lot of commotion which made it hard to stay asleep.

My in-law got there, and they asked him to pay after I was charged for the days. He explained and showed them, saying they don't use hotels.com. I checked my account and found that we were charged, and they let him go even though it was . They don't care about customers, didn't even try to call hotels.com. The worst part they said they would be leaving the platform instead of trying to help the foreigner form a country he barely knows 11 pm

No tan bueno

Nos sorprendimos porque no nos permitieron pagar al final de la estadía, sino que nos cobraron anticipadamente. Entendemos que las políticas de cada empresa u hotel son distintas, pero no aceptamos que por "motivos internos" el pago total de la reserva por 5 noches que estuvimos aquí fuera al inicio. No está claro en la reserva de este hotel. Habían muchos zancudos en el hotel y en el baño compartido. Las paredes son sucias, deberían pintarlas, invertir en la comodidad visual y estética del espacio. Tuvimos un percance, ajeno al hotel, y es que en una de las habitaciones había un escándalo por una pelea entre una pareja en una habitación. Fue realmente un suceso muy incómodo. El lugar donde se desayuna es muy estrecho y las sillas son incómodas, deberían cambiarlas. No es agradable el espacio. Y sentimos que el valor del hotel no merecía lo que pagamos. Lo bueno es que está bien ubicado, cerca del centro histórico.
