We love the hotel and the location. The staff speaks Spanish and English. There is a beautiful terrace on top floor and a bar. The breakfast is next door and it’s excellent! We stayed here twice and loved it!

Wow! What an amazing property in a great location. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the pool area on the roof was great, so peaceful and beautiful. We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. Want to come back!

Great hotel right in the centre of the walled town. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and in a safe location. Room was great and very clean, staff excellent. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door and was good. Only negative was the lack of any hot water in the room but apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay.

We had such an incredible stay at this hotel. It is truly stunning. The architecture alone is breathtaking, with so much attention to detail and beautiful design throughout. We stayed in the presidential suite, which was amazing with two spacious bedrooms, a beautiful living room, and our own private pool. It felt so luxurious and relaxing. The staff were excellent, so warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was included at a spot next door and was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options each morning. We did not get a chance to check out the rooftop, which was a shame because we heard it is lovely, but that just gives us another reason to come back. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel definitely is a great balance of beauty and budget. The value is amazing. Accommodations looked nice, the connected restaurant had yummy food and outstanding complimentary breakfast. We had issues with one of the ACs in our rooms, but the staff was attentive and attempted to find solutions. I’d recommend!
