Clean room - professional staff - breakfast lacks variety. After 2 days, you get tired of the same food. In addition, they are renovating the hotel and the lobby is located on the 16th floor which was odd. Overall, the stay was agreeable.

Al llegar al hotel durante la madrugada , el portero fue muy amable, cortés y amigable. Me acompañó hasta el elevador me dio instrucciones y con una sonrisa me dijo Le deseo una gran noche” Muy positiva la entrada!! Los muchachos de la recepción fueron muy positivos y amigables también. Me dieron toda la información detallada para mi estadía allí de 4 noches, el edificio muy limpio y organizado. Los empleados todos sonrientes, los de la limpieza, la cocina, los de la piscina, manteniento y bar fueron muy amables, atentos, energía positiva y feliz creando una atmósfera acogedora y única haciéndome sentir que estoy en casa. Aquí logré anotar algunos nombres que memoricé ….Francis, Fernando, Jesús, Arnold, otros más, pero me faltó el equipo de la cocina FABULOSO EQUIPO !! Son atentos, proactivos, excelente servicio al cliente, el área de comida o restaurante muy organizado, limpio, y lleno de alegria y calor humano. Me sentí como en casa y llena de mucha atención. Sus sonrisas lo demuestran todo. La chica que organiza los cuartos también muy amable y sonriente, excelente servicio en mi cuarto. Están Féliices de su trabajo y se les ve el orgullo en ser parte de Hampton Hotel. Lo recomiendo a todos para que tengan una experiencia maravillosa en el sector de Bocagrande. Hubo un accidente en la entrada de la cocina y admiré como todos colaboraban para recoger los platos rotos y en equipo con sonrisas y amabilidad todo quedó limpio y piso brillante. Excelente trabajo en equipo!!

The first room had a bad AC unit, a water leak in the bathroom and squeaky mattress. 2 guys from maintenance were amazing. They moved us to another room and helped us with our luggage. Really nice and professional guys.

Breakfast was not fresh, eggs smelled like fish, serving pasta, chicken wings and lunch meat for breakfast. AC in the room was not working properly, very hot and could not rest/sleep well. AC left moisture in the room and the floors were always wet from the moisture. Limited toilet paper. Will not stay at the Hampton located in Cartagena when traveling to Colombia. Hotel not up to speed and the breakfast was extremely horrible

When I arrived on October 29th there was a receptionist by the name of Arnold that was disrespectful and rude just because he couldn’t find the stamp on my pass port and if it weren’t for another coworker of his that knows me because I’ve stayed there several times he would have continued to give me a hard time. And also if you don’t get up early they won’t come and clean your room at all it seems like they don’t like to work after a certain time.

The room was clean. Tight space around the beds. No microwave in room. Good breakfast. Staff at the entrance was very helpful, we had a person in a wheelchair and they help him get in and out of the taxi each time. They also helped us get a taxi that could fit us with suitcases and the wheelchair.
