Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia value-added tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption only applies to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately COP 25000 to 50000 for adults and COP 25000 to 35000 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: COP 50000.00 per person (return)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: COP 40000.00 (return)
• Pet fee: COP 80000 per pet, per night plus a one-off COP 20000 cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: COP 80000 for check-in between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM

This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business. No on-site parking is available. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards and cash. Parties and events (including family gatherings, birthday parties and weddings) are allowed on site. Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.

• There is limited hot water on site.
• Visitors travelling with a child may be required by the property to present the following documents: at check-in, parents travelling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be obligated to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Colombian citizens). If a relative or legal guardian is travelling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be obligated to present a notarised consent of travel signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is travelling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarised consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors planning to travel with children should consult a Colombian consulate office in advance of travel for additional guidance.
