Initial impression was good but things went downhill real fast. Lobby was new, located on main street, and lots of restaurants and businesses in the area. The hotel lacks a lot of basic amenties. The lobby and elevator doesnt have air conditioning and the in the dining room is seldomly used. The rooms have very dirty exterior windows, old towels that were falling apart, no soap holder in the bathroom, hallway carpet needed to be cleaned and vacuumed, the pool was filthy-dirt ring around the pool, hair, and pool towels that need to be replaced. Employees were kind and friendly. But the price I paid was not worth it. There are plenty of other hotels in tbe area that offer more for less than what I paid at Holiday Inn. I would not recommend this hotel to others nor would I stay there again unless they make needed upgrages.

The cable didn't work the first two days there but the service from the staff was good and I wish they had better options for the free breakfast like pancakes, waffles, French toast, and sausage or bacon

Overall good experience. The room needed some improvements but not too bad. The staff did not seem as welcoming as other hotels. They also seemed a little short staffed when checking in or asking questions. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants and travel buses.
