The team was great. I enjoy my stay at this hotel. They were very accommodating. I had to stay a last day and they managed to get me to stay at a sister hotel for a lower price for one night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who afford it.

The room was spacious and A/C worked really good in the room. The house keeper did such amazing job keeping the room clean every day. The staff were very friendly, but my only complaints are that the restaurant did not offer a good selection for the breakfast which is supposed to come with the reservation, their “Americano” option was horrible and the eggs and bacon were undercooked. To add on to that the A/C didn’t work at restaurant, which is why we preferred spend the extra money to eat somewhere else. Other than that, we had an okay stay.

I stayed at Hotel Getsemaní Cartagena from July 17 to 20, and everything was absolutely awesome. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The rooftop pool and views were a great bonus, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect—close enough to walk to the Walled City and local spots, but still peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return one day. Thank you for a great experience!

This property was perfect . You can’t beat the location . Everything within a 10-15 walk . The rooms are huge ! And had amenity.. ( blower, robes, slippers, iron , complimentary water and cookies and great soaps . ) The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The lighting in the room Is very dim . But bathroom light is sufficient for makeup application. And breakfast was great ! Book it !! It’s worth it !

Having stayed at a different facility some days prior, (infinitum bldg, BocaGrande) checking into the hotel room honestly felt like a degrade. I booked one of the bigger suites in the hotel, and the bathroom barely had any privacy. I could literally hear everything my wife was doing there and vice versa. The pool was very small, and I was told I couldn't drink my own liquor that I had purchased outside of the hotel. Never had an issue at any other hotel with this. While purchasing their liquor, two margaritas literally cost me more than $40 USD. They didn't have a menu, I found this out at checkout. A ridiculous price when everything literally outside of the hotel is half the cost or less for the same drink. The room lighting is extremely dark, I could barely see the clothes that I ironed. Some natural lighting would have been helpful, but the room is mostly surrounded with brick walls with little lighting through the windows. Positives about the hotel, centrally located within the entire wall city. No need for a taxi service. Not worth what I payed for in my opinion.
