Our apartment is located in the Center of Cartagena in the Matuna area, close to the Walled City and Getsemaní and 100 meters from the Clock Tower.
It´s strategic location allows you to travel on foot to discover and enjoy the charm of the walled city, its historic squares, terraces, bars, restaurants, well-known brand stores, among other places, and enjoy the entertainment and food places in Getsemaní.
Being close to everything to enjoy the days and nights of Cartagena.
It is a 3-minute walk to the pier to take the boats that can take you to the Islands.
To 5-minutes walk. you find the Cartagena Convention Center, a business and cultural meeting place.
Close you can find supermarkets, drug stores, ATM.

Ideally located just outside the walled city, this apartment offers the perfect balance of convenience and peace. We avoided the heavy inner-city traffic while remaining a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to most sites, making our stay both seamless and accessible.Our host was incredibly accommodating, staying in constant contact and personally greeting us for a thorough tour despite our late arrival. The apartment was private, spacious, and kept extremely clean with the luxury of a daily cleaning service. It was fully equipped with every necessity and conveniently located right above a grocery store.While the apartment is clean and it's location is convenient, it is worth noting that two of the bedrooms experience significant noise from nearby clubs. Additionally, we encountered a building alarm during a city-wide power outage and loud birds in the early morning. While some of us were able to sleep through the noise or use ear plugs, light sleepers should come prepared.

For this trip, the location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, especially to participate or celebrate in all the festivities, which was the main reason for the visit.Considering the area and the exterior appearance, we didn't expect the apartment and rooms to be so beautiful and large, nor to have such magnificent views of the city.For us the experience was incredible, and we wouldn't change a thing.A special thanks to the housekeeper and security staff.
