I don’t know where to start. It states it’s a 2 bed 2 bath. One bed and one bathroom were locked and under construction. There is no hot water. The main ac unit doesn’t work. The refrigerator doesn’t work. We waited 30 minutes to talk to someone to check in. Staff didn’t care that the bathroom and bedroom were out of service. The door card is power activation for the room. There is only one card. So if anyone leaves a he power shuts off the the apartment. Our checkout was agreed to be at 4pm. They came to the door at 11am and said we had one hour to leave they had someone else booking the room. They told us they would keep our luggage temporarily until our flight at 10pm in exchange
