The staff was amazing during our stay! Especially the concierge, Luis, he was able to help us book 2 more tours that we were interested in. The breakfast had a wide variety everyday and the pool view was beautiful. Additionally, our room was clean and when we needed something it was easy to contact the main lobby staff for items. Truly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is near various local restaurants and getting an uber was easy.

Lo único a destacar es la limpieza de la habitación. Diariamente lo realizan y la dejan impecable, por lo menos a nosotros nos tocó un caballero y fue espectacular. Lo demás tiene mucho que mejorar. We stood at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, since the minute we walked in the hotel, we were greeted with the most polite and welcoming hospitality and friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable for us. Everything was very close to us. The breakfast every morning was continental, from the lady that was checking the room number all the way to Mateo and the lady that would make the delicious eggs for us were great friends and made a great conversation. The only downside of the hotel was the pool closing at 7 p.m maybe at 10 would give you time to walk around the town come back to cool off and enjoy the rest of the night. I would recommend staying here anytime.

Staff is great limited options around the area. The only way to close the bathroom door you must step into the shower first or squeeze between the toilet and the vanity. It’s that tight in there. The view from the balcony is great.
