Staff is great limited options around the area. The only way to close the bathroom door you must step into the shower first or squeeze between the toilet and the vanity. It’s that tight in there. The view from the balcony is great.

My friends and I had a lovely time there. The staff were always friendly and welcoming — especially at breakfast and at the rooftop bar. The concierge team was also very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, dinner was disappointing, and the tour company located on-site was misleading. The “5 Island Tour” didn’t look anything like what was promised, and several of the advertised stops were missing 😭

Do not stay here if you want to bring guests to your room there's nothing on your sight saying that you cannot bring guests or when you check in do not tell you that you cannot bring guests until you bring a guests to the hotel. They want to charge you a fee of $65

They wanted to charge me for an extra room key card — first time I’ve ever experienced that. We were two people but they only gave us one card, and they wanted me to pay for another one. I hadn’t even lost it, and they still insisted I pay. Very disappointing. I won’t stay here again.

Breakfast was terrible…. It seemed like leftovers from the meal from the previous day! They try to charge you for everything! Lesson learned! Definitely conveniently close to the airport, absolutely nothing around. Staff is not really welcoming or warm. Seemed like they were plotting from the jump. accidentally soiled their linen, did the due diligence of stripping the bed so that I wouldn’t leave it for house keeping and they attempted to charge me for the soiled linen. Housekeeping comes through the day it days upon request I can back from an excursion and they were there!
