Here’s your polished review incorporating both your general experience and your last stay: --- I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and my main complaint has consistently been the customer service. For example, I requested two room keys, but they only provided one, claiming that since we were staying for just one night, issuing an extra key was not cost-effective. Additionally, the room had a strong odor, which they attributed to condensation caused by opening the balcony door—even though we never opened it. Their so-called solution was to send housekeeping to apply a large amount of detergent, which only masked the smell rather than addressing the root cause. Another issue was that we had requested twin beds but were given a king-size bed instead. During my most recent stay, these issues persisted. The staff remained indifferent to guest needs, showing little flexibility or willingness to resolve problems properly. Instead of prioritizing guest satisfaction, they offered quick fixes that didn’t truly solve the underlying issues. Unfortunately, this pattern of poor service has made my stays here consistently disappointing.

Great A/C, relatively, very convenient

There's no hot water. The gym is awful.... really small and no treadmill..... incredible a gym in a Hotel without treadmill. Besides that the buffet breakfast is good and included, the a/c at the room is FENOMENAL and the room with balcony is OK.....kind of small and the bathroom really small too. The service was great. There's a Marketplace (small supermarket) opens 24 hour so it's extremely convenient and everything is at a better price than in the hotel.

Hotel has potential of being a true 4 star. I noticed the walls are very dirty unsure what others are doing to have the walls like that as had to change from one room to another that I noticed both rooms had dirty walls

There were tiny ants crawling in my room. The staff could not speak enough English when we needed to discuss certain details. They would not give me a receipt for my records when I checked out. My Spanish is intermediate. The staff were very professional and polite.

I had my wife staying with me. She wasn’t going to arrive until the night, which wasn’t the problem. I had her sister come to the hotel so i can get my hair done. I had to put her as a guest so that she was allowed upstairs. Her sister left after about a hour once my hair was done. My girlfriend has arrived now. Of course we went out for drinks and food. As we get back security stopped us and made us check in which isn’t an issue. They told me I’d have to pay $65 extra dollars every night she stays. I was so confused. Even after i told the staff member this is my wife and it will only be her i was still charged. He looked me in my face and laughed. He said i see American men like you all the time. I know what kind of man you are. I’ve never felt so disrespected. And this is in front of my wife! I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I only went there at night to get my stuff and in the morning for a quick breakfast. We had to book another hotel down the street while i was still paying for this one. I wouldn’t even come back to this hotel for free! There’s a reason it has so many bad reviews. There were other issues i faced that I’ve seen other people mention but this was something i never expected or experienced.

nice hotel and staff. i had to go to the airport very early morning and they got a taxi for me. the property is just five minutes away from the airport and about fifteen from the city center.
