I paid in advance, my plane was delayed, didn’t get there until 10:00 pm and there was no one on site. I called the phone number and received voice mail. So I had to pay for another motel. Never, never will I even think about this place again..

I found this recently renovated efficiency to be qute clean & comfortable. It comes with an extremely large fridge and 2 burner stove top.And for what you get it's quite a good price.

Pay for horror

I had booking for two nights and I left after first night as the property has smokers staying and stink of smoke in the room. I could not sleep due to it and I had no other option to find another hotel at midnight so I stayed one night. I checked out in the morning and despite no refunds, I found another hotel for the 2nd night, which I had already paid to Southern Suites. There were people smoking in the balcony, even though the law is that no one should smoke within 30 feet of the building. There is no blanket, sheets are super slim and hardly provide any warmth. No hot water in the morning for the shower. Coldest shower you can have I was in room 212
