Great property. My kids loved swimming in the lake and using the water toys. The retro video game system was also a huge hit. The main negative (there were some small issues not relevant enough to discuss here), was the giant hole in the swim platform deck. We would hope this would be worked on ASAP. Hope to return in the future.

This property was everything we hoped for and more! The home was beautiful, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. We loved spending time in the jacuzzi overlooking the water—it was such a peaceful and scenic spot. Evenings by the firepit were magical, and having direct lake access made it easy to enjoy the outdoors all day.Inside, the theater room was a huge hit—perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake, and the vintage arcade game revived our GenX gaming skills. The home is tucked in a quiet, private community with an incredible golf course that made the stay feel truly luxurious. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

My family and I rented the Lake House to get together in a fun, relaxing environment and it was perfect. Nice space, nice amenities, fun activities, and a wonderful view.

Schier Family Vacation 2025

Our family had a wonderful week celebrating Father's Day in this beautiful lake home. The grandkids loved boat rides, swimming off the boat, water toys, kayaking, and fishing for the first time!! Kids also loved the pool and we ate at the Clubhouse where they have great food. The house was plenty accommodating for the seven of us. The view is gorgeous! Even though it rained a few times we still had fun. Rob is very accessible with any questions. Our only negative was with the ice maker and filtered water not working, we had to keep making ice and running out of bottled water. Also, we could not find a remote for the loft TV. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would love to come again!! Thank you, the Schiers

View and Deck were the best!

The lake view and deck were the best. The Homeowner was very helpful during our stay. The house is older and could have been a little cleaner, but overall a nice stay on Lake Arrowhead.

Amazing Place

This was our second stay at this location and we loved it just as much as our first stay here! We love the gorgeous view of the lake through the huge windows off the main room. It was great to relax in the hot tub and we absolutely enjoyed every minute we spent in the theater room. The beautiful deer we saw every evening in the area were an added bonus. I highly reccommend it!.

Time away

The view from the cabin was lovely. It had plenty of space, enough for the kids to do their own thing, and the adults to even spread out. Although the drive through the neighborhood is long, it is beautiful! The fall leaves and deer were a joy to see. The fire pit, hot tub, and fireplace, are always high on our list. The theater room was a nice bonus for this trip! Thanks, Rob.

Spacious multigenerational family stay

Convenient stay for a family members wedding in Waleska. The home was SO spacious for the 8 of us. The view from the family room was breathtaking. It overlooked the lake and the trees were changing color. It felt like a New England view. The teenagers really enjoyed the theater room downstairs and made use of the popcorn machine. The multi level home also provided lots of privacy if you want to tuck away for a nap. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to stay again soon.

Relaxing Time Needed

The property was a nice treat for our family. We really enjoyed the theatre room. The back deck had beautiful sunrise views. We all agreed that more trash cans were needed. I have a neurological condition that makes climbing stairs almost impossible. This is not listed as an accesssibke property. Overall, great!

Absolutely Great Vacation Home

I just want to say how impressed I am with this vacation home! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Lots of space and just loved sitting on the deck. Rob went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. We loved the canoe, kayaks and hydro bikes. The theater room and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was great to walk in and saw lots of deer. Can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful Lake Home

We had a fantastic stay at this home . Rob was very quick to respond to any questions. The home is so clean and beautiful. The theater room is great for family movie time. Lake Arrowhead is a very clean nice lake in a very safe area . We would absolutely come back again .

Great Lakehouse

The house was wonderful for a group of old friends to have a weekend away! The theater room is AWESOME, very easy drive from Atlanta, and plenty to do at the house so you never have to leave. Rob is a great host, very communicative and keeps you informed of everything you’d need to know for your trip!

Quality Family Spot

This was the perfect place for our family of 8 to stay for the weekend! Plenty of space to gather for home cooked meals, we loved the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views of the lake . Lots of games for the kids to play and the theatre room was a huge hit! Super comfy bedding too! The hosts have definitely put much thought and love into this gem.
