Room was like a dorm room. TV did not work. I was in town for the SEC Championship football game & wanted to watch the end of the IU vs Ohio State game & post-game interviews...and couldn’t. Had to watch it on my phone. Called front desk shortly after check in to report it, they said they would send someone up and no one ever came. I had to report it again the next morning. Someone came up to finally fix the tv about an hour before I checked out. Housekeeping started knocking on my door at 10 a.m. for a Noon checkout. Just a generally terrible experience overall. Will never stay here again.

I scored it good instead of excellent because of the room. It felt like I was back in college in a dorm room. There wasn’t even a microwave or coffee maker like literally all other hotels have. If I would’ve based my rating on the beds, I would’ve given 1 star. My Apple Watch said I got a total of 3.5 hours of sleep because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. I stay in hotels a lot and honestly the rooms and beds at Comfort Inn are way better and it costs less. They have a lot of great amenities though and the staff was fabulous!!

This was a great property. Convenient location, updated look, very clean, quiet, tile floors (less germy than carpet). The free coffee, tea, water, and lemonade in the lobby was a nice touch, as was the billiards table. The breakfast was wonderful. It was very clean and well stocked and didn't shut down super early like a lot of other hotel chains do. The gym looked nice. The room had plenty of space to move around and was a well thought out space that cut down on traditional cluttery furniture, but had plenty of hanging spaces and surfaces to put suitcases on. We enjoyed trying out the Calm App on the tv. The only recommendation I might have is to consider switching over this slightly thicker duvet covers in the winter.
