Caruaru em muito bom estilo!

Ainda que fique um pouquinho distante do centro da cidade, este hotel é muito bom para um 3 estrelas. Café da manhã farto, variado e saboroso, apt com cama king size (não todos) e painel touch-screen no espelho, ar condicionado funcionando bem, TV com multiplas funções, banheiro limpo e amplo com chuveiro elétrico ducha. Piscina no térreo e salão de convenção. Pessoal amável e prestativo. Voltando a Caruaru, não hesitarei ficar lá novamente!

Custo benefício bom.

Minha estada transcorreu normalmente, mas o hotel precisa melhorar alguns aspectos, como tv a cabo, mais tomadas no quarto. Uma escrivaninha para trabalho, produtos de higiene pessoal, como Shampoo e sabonetes, devido aos pisos em lajotas, ao puxar as malas faz muito barulho quando hospedes entram e sai e acabam acordando quem esta dormindo. O fato do Ar condicionado não ficar em cima da cama é muito bom, café da manhã também e bom.

Péssima estádia,hotel sujo,banheiro apertado e sujo,não foi feito serviço de quarto,colocaram agente em duas camas de solteiro juntas como cama de casal, televisão canais horríveis sem opções,piscina suja,toalhas de banho surradas e com manchas de ferrugem,ainda bem que só foi duas diárias,se fosse mais teria cancelado,a cozinha só funcionava 06h às 09,ainda o recepcionista me disse que se fosse usar alguma coisa da cozinha só séria até o horário do café,depois estaria fechado,ia saindo e vi as mesmas moças que estavão na cozinha servindo o café,com um carrinho de arrumação de quartos arrumando um quarto,as duas dentro do quarto conversando e arrumando, olhei e passei,e qdo voltamos a noite da rua o nosso quarto não estava arrumado,nem sequer ligaram pra saber se queria arrumação... Não índico a ninguém esse hotel,se é que pode se chamar de hotel..Precisa melhorar e muito pra ter as estrelas que faz a propaganda, não tinha álcool gel no elevador, só o suporte vazio,o frigobar fazia um barulho danado,tinha que desligar pra dormir.@hoteis.com Socorro... 22/09/2021.🤔😡

Estadia maravilhosa

Gostei da localização do hotel que ficou a meio termo dos interiores próximos que minha família iria visitar! E também era próximo do centro de Caruaru. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos, em especial o recepcionista Renan, que estava no turno da noite, mas a Amanda que fica durante o dia me ajudou bastante também enquanto eu ainda estava na fase de compra da estadia! A única observação que tenho a fazer é quanto ao box do banheiro. Não tive nenhum problema em usar porque agora tenho um peso normal, mas já tive 120 quilos e se fosse naquela época eu não conseguiria ter entrado pra tomar banho! Então caso fosse possível, e vocês pudessem ver a questão da abertura do box para as pessoas que precisem dessa acessibilidade. Concerteza seria bem melhor 😉. Amei o café da manhã, tinha muita variedade, amei o croassant de frango! O cuscuz uma delícia!

Infelizmente me decepcionei, o preço que paguei no condiz com as condições do hotéis. Os procedimentos sanitários devido a pandemia não estão sendo cumprido, como roupas de cama e toalhas. No restaurante também. O estacionamento estava em reforma, tivemos deixar o carro na rua, deixando inseguro quanta segurança. Enfim não gostei do lugar. Já me hospedei em outros da cidade e eram melhores.
