Excellent property, far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to sea view room at arrival without even asking. The front desk staff, Ricardo, Ana and Ines were extremely polite and helpful. The staff arranged a boat tour of the coastline immediately upon our arrival so we could take advantage of the weather. The only suggestions we have would be to improve the Azur Bar service and food and on notifying the staff they immediately addressed it. Breakfast options were excellent and views across the property are incredible. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!

Overall stay was great. Staff were attentive. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices. Spa was also nice and very clean. Although would have been better if they have more staff to accommodate my husband as well. She was nice to notice my birthday though and gave me a bottle of champagne, dried fruit and nuts with my tea after my massage.

This is a very fine hotel, situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean and cliffs. Service is tops. The free breakfast buffet is excellent, including fresh breads, fresh fruits, deli items, omelet bar, champagne, in addition to more traditional entries. The buffet staff is tops as well. A short walk to several restaurants and cafes with a variety of cuisines.

There is a great bar with unique views of the reef and the ocean. Front Desk Customer service was lovely and professional.

Very nice hotel with easy access to hikes, restaurants. Staffs were very friendly and hospitable. Samuel at the bar is exceptional, passionate, and talented and takes the time to introduce the drinks and they were excellent.

The experience was very average, at best. The staff were not particularly welcoming—emotionless and robotic, simply doing their job. While no one was rude or disrespectful, there was something important missing. In contrast, our previous stay at the Porto Lapa Renaissance went above and beyond, offering warmth and exceptional service. There were no VIP upgrades here, and I wouldn’t stay again.
