Property Owner Drops the Ball!

I booked almost one month prior to check-in date. On the day of the check-in, the property owner made us wait 3 hours before declaring that the property is unavailable. Some time later, he offered another property on the opposite end of Casablanca. We had by then arranged alternative lodging. Please look elsewhere. There are plenty of professional hotels and guest houses in Casablanca who understand customer service!
