An absolute disaster from beginning to the end. Utterly incompetent service (calls unanswered, text ignored, instructions about the shuttle included in the payment not provided, restarting staff talking to each other for 20 minutes while I tried to get a menu and place an order, etc), combined with a really bad attitude. The lady at the reception did not even try to pretend to care about any of reported issues, just smirked and dismissed me. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

The room was disappointing. Towels were old and ragged, and both towels and sheets reeked of cheap perfume from their detergent. A toxic air freshener made the room smell worse. The Sunday night female receptionist was disorganized and lied about sending a hair dryer, two hours later it never arrived to our room, so I called reception and she admitted they did not have one. The male Monday morning receptionist was rude. The entire Onomo Casablanca Airport staff needs hospitality training. The only positives and why I'm giving two stars is: The hotel room had a rain shower head with good water pressure and hot water, as well as a firm, comfortable bed. We won't return.

The property was actually a 3 1/2 mile walk to a neighborhood where you could find food and cultural activities but I understand staff probably feels its too far for average guest and maybe not the safest. They could also offer to transfer you on the free shuttle for reasonable meals but they offer zero help. Instead they over charge for bottles of water ($120 MAD when you can fi.d it for $6.50 MAD anywhere else) They dont keep a list of places that can deliver food to their location. Instead they overcharged for very low quality meals at the hotel. Very disappointing. The last issue is I was burning up unable to sleep in my room. They said there was nothing they could do as they turn the air-conditioning off for the cooler season. You have guest from all over the world. Your cool season was still very hot and stuffy to me. Very unhappy stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a shuttle service available every hour throughout the day, which makes transfers very easy. The room was small but exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The restaurant offers decent food, though nothing particularly special. One downside is the lack of seating in the reception area, and there’s no coffee or kettle available in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable option for short stays or overnight layovers near Casablanca Airport.

We arrived at the airport when Casablanca had its first rain of the season. We were waiting for the airport shuttle that never came over an hour in the rain. Finally, we took a cab to the hotel. At the reception counter we were told the shuttle runs once an hour which is not true.

Very convenient, very good staff, clean room with nice bedding/towels. Excellent shuttle service, restaurant has small but adequate menu, something for everyone. Food was excellent. I recommend Onoco for overnighters/early flyers.
