I stayed here many times throughout the years, I am satisfied with the accomodations except the food. It's quality is less than satisfying and the service is rather poor. I understand the culture of the country; I was born and grew up here myself. I understand how most workers are disgruntled because of low wages and working conditions. However, this should not be a good reason to offer poor quality food with even poorer quality service. The other item that I think the hotel should pay attention to is pricing. Your overall prices are disproportionately high, particularly food and beverage ones.

Room was just fine. Bar was out of most spirits and had a very limited wine selection (like…one). Need to up their game in the food and beverage department but the room and staff were just fine.

The room was fine, what you need plus the shower was wonderful. Recycle bins in the room would help separate waste from recycle. All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful.
