Good Location, Great management

The property is beautiful and clean. The management folks are very responsive and helpful. Amazing views. Maid comes daily to clean. 2 downsides to property: the property is located up long, steep driveway which makes walking up a challenge if you are not mobile. The taxis drivers will try to tell you they can't drive up but it is very drivable. The internet/wi-fi needs to be improved. It only is functional in living room and patio. It will not work in the bedrooms which was frustrating. Otherwise great place and people.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di soggiornare in una proprietà di alto livello come quelle che di solito cerco nei miei viaggi e posso dire che le aspettative sono state soddisfatte in pieno anche in considerazione del fatto che conosco il mercato dell'isola per esserci nato e periodicamente tornato nel corso degli anni. La posizione è strategica per chiunque voglia visitare l'isola anche con i mezzi pubblici, se siete disposti ad affrontare una piccola ma ripida salita che conduce alla proprietà. Niente di che ma è utile da sapere, specie se ci sono disabili, perché in tal caso anche l'uso e l'accesso dell'immobile non sarebbero proprio adatti. Del resto è difficile ottenere la perfezione ma posso assicurare che qui ci si prova. Infatti non siamo stati mai lasciati soli per qualsiasi esigenza avessimo potuto avere come ad esempio l'installazione di una parabola che a noi è servita per far funzionare il nostro decoder Sky Q, utile soprattutto per intrattenere i bambini quando volevamo rilassarci. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere stati assistiti ogni giorno dalla signora Maria (e qualche volta da sua figlia) che si occupava di rendere sempre la casa come nuova lasciandola pulita come uno specchio con la massima discrezione (anche quando eravamo in casa). L'assistenza del sig. Gianmarco, che cura tutte le fasi del soggiorno dal check in fino al check out, è stata sempre tempestiva per ogni piccola esigenza si sia presentata, di fatto rendendosi un riferimento utilissimo, che noi abbiamo sfruttato poco visto che io i miei riferimenti sul posto già ce li avevo, ma che vi assicuro tornerebbe utile a chiunque volesse sperimentare le innumerevoli opportunità che l'isola offre. Infine tralasciando quanto già ampiamente riportato nella descrizione dell'inserzione, un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente gradito è stato quello della privacy di cui le due famiglie del nostro nucleo hanno potuto beneficiare essendoci due camere con bagno interno e altre due più piccole con un bagno comune. La villa offre tanti angoli di relax che purtroppo noi abbiamo sfruttato poco perché abbiamo privilegiato le uscite ma quando eravamo stanchi abbiamo apprezzato e goduto del magnifico terrazzino con vista mare sul quale abbiamo fatto ogni giorno colazione e qualche volta abbiamo cenato. Ringrazio il sig. Alberto per averci messo a disposizione la proprietà senza limiti e invito chiunque dovesse andarci ad utilizzarla con il rispetto che merita.

Wonderful villa!

Wonderful villa surrounded by terraces with a stunning seaview. It was amazing relaxing drinking a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset! It is fantastic for big families because is huge and comfortable. The location is very peaceful and at the same time very close to all the most beautiful beaches and thermal parks, like the Thermal Park Castiglione. The decoration is nice and friendly and the villa is fully equipped, even with a wood pizza oven. The staff is very helpful and everything is really clean. Ischia is the perfect island to enjoy the sea and the amazing thermal baths and gardens with natural springs. Very recommended to spend the perfect holidays!
