Villa Il Neto is a holiday home in the heart of Salento, in Casarano. The garden of Villa Il Neto is large and well kept. The swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium
area with beach beds and view on the vineyard. By the vineyard there is
a wooden house and playground. The villa is introduced by a furnished porch with dining area. Moreover, there is a wooden doghouse, a barbecue and outdoor shower near the half bath by the swimming pool
The rooms of Villa Il Neto are large, bright and cozy. The villa opens into a large open space with double sofa bed, fireplace and tv, a well-equipped open kitchen and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower.

Villa Il Neto is in the countryside of Casarano,
4 kilometers away from the lively town with its amenities. Casarano is
in the heart of Salento and it`s near the Ionian coast and the Adriatic
coast. The closest beaches are Torre Suda and Capilungo, 11 kilometers
away. The beaches of Baia Verde in Gallipoli are 14 kilometers away.
Torre San Giovanni is 12 kilometers away. Tricase Porto is 25 kilometers
away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
